Understanding Your Content Management System

Every website Fritsch Services develops is paired with a content managment system to allow you to easily manage the content of your site. No matter how easy the system can be, it will still require some time and patience to learn the system. We will do our best to provide you the means to quickly understand the system.

1. Site Demonstrations

For all clients, as we are showing you a new design, we will likely also take you quickly through the backend management of the system. This overview provides some familiarity of the system to you. Most of this demonstration is to inform you of the words that the system uses. (For example, you would see that the "Article Manager" is the place to edit content.)

2. Online Videos

Fritsch Services periodically releases general instructional videos for our primary CMS system, Joomla!®. These videos provide a great overview for managing specific aspect of Joomla!®.

3. Custom Training

For clients with advanced components as part of their design, we will include custom video walkthroughs of the management systems to help you get the most out of your custom components.

4. Scheduled Training

For larger staffs or clients with specific interests not covered in the above options, you can schedule a personal training session either virtually or on-site at a per hour rate.
